On Thursday night 8/12/09 ITG held their quarterly board meeting. Below are the meeting notes from that meeting. We are growing in size and are trying to make adjustments to accommodate the size of the club so you will have a great golfing experience each and every Saturday you decide to play.

Attendance: John Hernandez, Steve Vanwert, Jesse Flores, Ron Boone, Mike Linares and Pete Cliburn

Treasury Report - $2488 in Kitty (We still need to payout everyone we owe from this total)

We discussed when and where and how to have our general membership meeting. We basically couldn't come to agreement on this issue so we have decided to take this one to a Poll. So it was agreed upon to have create a poll have our members decide what they would like. So Vote now!!!

It was voted upon and agreed by the board that a member may only bring 2 guest maximum. This is because you "must" be able to play with your guest that's the rule, and you should at least play with another member ever weekend as well. We think this a good rule, so we changed the website from 4 guest to 2.

Jesse Flores will be responsible for Taco at the Hawk. Aprox Cost $90.00 - For all playing members on Tournament Day.
Water and Ice - I will bring Water in Ice to go with your Tacos.

Merchandise

We will be looking into buying so golf towels with our logo on them. We will in turn sell these to the group if you so want one.

Low Gross in ITG Tournament

It was voted upon and decided that ITG will have a new award this tournament. We will recognize low gross in all flights A/B/C with a beautiful shiny trophy! But if you're looking for cash in that category you will have to join the PGA because hey guess what? We're a net league which mean you have to play up to your potential to win that!

We voted and decided that we thought it would be better to let everyone know now that our next tournament will be 1st Saturday in April 2010. You have plenty of time to mark your calendars.

We voted and decided to remove the comments on polls, just to save heart from all you mean, mean men!

We have compiled a list of 16 phone numbers out of all our members. Maybe you don't want to talk to us during the week, maybe you don't need friends or just maybe you forgot to respond to the email asking for your information but it would be nice if we could compile the list. It will not be shared on the website just via a document to the group. Please consider sending it to Pete now: Email him your information.

Road Trip Time Dawgs!

We are going to be taking a road trip to a course we haven't played. Of course every week is a road trip for some of us. Some of the courses we are looking into is Concan, Pine Forest again or other courses - Even Houston. Pete will gather information on this and report back to us with costs.

Dues must be paid the next season by the mid-way point or you go inactive until it is paid.
